Who Doesn't Love a Good Meatball?

When I first moved out on my own, my Mom taught me how to make some of the basic Italian dishes that I grew up with, meatballs were one of them. We spent a day figuring out the measurements to all of the dishes I loved, even though my Mom could make them just from memory. Thanks, Mom:)
Enjoy!:)

You need:
1 package of beef chop meat
1 egg
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon garlic
Dash of salt
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
The Process

Combine all ingredients and mix together. I use my hands to mix everything together. I find it works best that way. Shape meatballs into balls, small to medium size is best for nicely cooked meatballs.
After shaping the meatballs, put them in a pan and bake in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes on each side. I recently got this meatball baker pan which I love! It cooks the meatballs beautifully without a lot of grease. I am a big fan of this pan! If you are using a cookie sheet to bake the meatballs, put a little bit of olive oil in the bottom of the pan to stop them from sticking. Serve with your favorite pasta and sauce. Recipe for homemade sauce coming soon:)
